WHY
Shellbourne Fuels' Lubricating Oils
Do Not Void
Manufacturers' Engine Warrantees

In 1975, the United States congress passed legislation called the MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT.

This North American Act prevents engine manufacturers from drafting their own consumer warranties when it comes to lubrication oil.

In other words, every oil manufacturer that meets the current API and ILSAC North American service classification may have their oils used in any applied application without affecting warranty coverage.

The unfair and inequitable tactics that many automobile and motorcycle and truck and marine and off road manufacturers have continually tried to choke us with regarding null and void warranties has not been legal for 35 years.

Shellbourne Fuels manufacturers 17% semi synthetic motor oils that have 24% more lubricity than standard carbon based oils, meet and exceed the all vehicle and equipment manufacturers recommended lubricants according to the viscosity grade and service classifications.
